Cheapest way is to find the following parts and have them professionally installed by someone who knows how to build a true match trigger.
Those parts are:
Type 1 M1Garand winged hammer spring plunger
M1Garand or m14 new hammer
M1 garand or m14 trigger/sear assembly
And the rest of the parts clean up and leave as is.
OR you can get as close to a match trigger as you need to by carefully tuning your existing norc/poly trigger group.
OR you can jump thru hoops and try and import a sprinfield or smith enterprise match trigger.
