mY colt ar15 has large trigger pins .169". Many manufacturers such as Armalite and rock river arms only supply small pins models .156". Does anybody have any suggestions on suppliers?

so does Chip McCormick...they are highly rated also.

The only issue with the Chip McCormick units are that they are custom made..
i.e. they're not normally stocked and are manufacutured only after a firm order has been placed...ask me how I know!

You could also try the 15min. trigger job. Not a modification recommended by most, but it only costs a spring to make 'right' again. I did the mod about two years ago to one of my Colts and it still works great, with zero ftf. Its simple to do, and could very well save you a good chunk of change.

This is it here. I did not, nor would I recommend, polishing anything with an abrasive compound. I modified the trigger and hammer springs as shown in the illustrations, that is all. I have a few of each spring on hand anyhow, so returning it to stock is easy. At the time I figured, 'what the hell, if it buggers a few springs, no big deal'. It still works just fine.

BELTFED, that was a great step by step article, tried it and it worked well. Thanks:)
