I think you would be very hard pressed to find anything other than .177 or .22 in the GTA (or anywhere else insofar as generalist gun shops go).

Years ago when I was looking for .20 and .25, I got them at D&L out in BC. They carry all sorts of odds and ends calibers of pellets that you would not see anywhere else. They are not common so stock is fairly limited but that's the ONLY place I have seen where I could get .20 pellets...

A plug for D&L as they do repairs on long discontinued air rifles and pistols as well (though it's a long wait).

Cibles (target.ca) has H&N .20 pellets. They sell thru their ebay.ca site. It seems for .20 pellets you take them where you find them as your options are limited.
