20 Gauge Belgian Browning value

Hey folks,

I have a 20 Gauge Belgian Browning auto 5 that I want to sell. There are no gun shops here and I am trying to get an idea of value. I believe it is a 60's vintage with vented rib.

I've looked on some US gun sites and see them at $1650.00 to $2500.00.

Thoughts?

3'' vent rib 95% condition $700-$800 as condition falls so will price .

If you're looking at U.S. auction sites(gunbroker, guns international etc.) be sure to look for selling prices not asking prices. You can see the same guns listed at exhorbitant prices for months with no takers. Cabelas is another bad offender with overpricing particularly with collectable guns. Struff is pretty close in his estimate maybe a little high in some parts of the country. Prices vary some with location.

I sold mine wich was 2 3/4" for 600$ 3 years ago after seeing 2 others go for the same. Mine was in good cond. I would say 700-800 is a good estimate.
