No, not a combo. I have a 1971 manufactured M37. The later made M87 barrel fits it just fine. Bought the barrel seperately from Mr Ron Sharp.

If you contact Ron Sharpe (( he has Ithaca in his blood..lol )) in Ontario....pretty sure he will tell you what it's worth. esp if you can forward him some pics of the condition.
