20 or 30 moa picatinny/weaver rail for KKJ and/or Ruger m77/22?

Does anyone make a 20 or 30 moa picatinny/weaver rail for Walther KKJ and/or Ruger m77/22? I have these two rifle and considering getting into long range 22lr fun.

Does anyone make a 20 or 30 moa picatinny/weaver rail for Walther KKJ and/or Ruger m77/22? I have these two rifle and considering getting into long range 22lr fun.

Both rifles are no longer produced & I have never seen a rail for either. Burris Signature rings with inserts will give the required moa you specified.
