With the RCMP flop on the 25 Ruger 10-22 mags several years ago, it created a down turn for the sales of the Ruger 10-22. The steep jump in price to $450+ for a Ruger has not helped either.
About a year ago, Savage came out a long over due mag for their 64 rifles, paired it up with a neat looking rifle and offered it in an affordable package. Have a look!
