I just bought a .223 SPS Tactical for $ 700 ish for a buddy of mine. Perry's Gun Shop up in the Soo. They have an internet website, just google their name. Jane always gets Remington boomsticks at odd times. You might just get lucky....

They had one as a 'kit' with a 3200 bushnell mildot and some other goodies if memory serves me correct for around 1050 + -

There were 'rumours' of them getting more 'kits' together in the future

Chwk Dart & Tackle does have them... I don't have them up on the site... don't get much time to work on it so its kinda crappy.

"The SPS Tactical packages include rifle, a Bushnell 3200 Tactical 10x
Mildot with a 1pc rail and rings, Harris style bipod, and sling for $1159.
Great starter pkg. Other scope options are available but the Bushnell is hard
to beat for the price.
