Does anyone have a rough idea of what a 20 year old tikka TRG would be worth. It's a 22-250 and it's of course heavy barrel, no fluting. Wooden stock with adjustable cheek piece and butt. Thanks a lot guys!

Tikka did not make a TRG. If it a wood stock, and indeed a Tikka, it is most likley a Master Sporter. It should be stamped Tikka M595 on the left side of the action. A very nice rifle, in a great calibre. Pictures would help.

yes, tikka had a 595 sporter out around that time. was a pretty accurate rifle and made the cover of a few gun mags back then.

If you can get if a grand or a little more, you will have a great gun and good investment! Been looking for one that is still in factory configurations to match my Sako RangeMaster 22 rimfire, but no luck so far! If I was you I would pick the 595 Master Sporter up in a second! Thanks guys that helps a lot. My uncle was considering selling it and he asked me if I knew anything about it. He just told me that it was a tikka TRG. I thought those were only ever made by sako. But thanks for the help.

Dale,

Get in line I want one to go with my Sako Finnfire Master Sporter, lol,, I am just going to get MT Guns to build one way easier than finding one.
