Hi, I just picked up a box of 200 grain Nosler Accubonds, and I was wondering if anyone can share a recipe or 2 with me.
I have Reloader 19 and Reloader 22, Winchester Primers (magnum), Federal and winchester brass.
I am looking for a sensible load for hunting. It doesn't need to be steaming hot, as I just need something to kill animals with, not launch them.
Any information regarding load, OAL, average velocity, pressure if known, minimum/maximum loads. ANY HELP will be appreciated.
These will be shot out of a savage 116 stainless with 24" barrel.

Try 72/73 grains of Reloder 22 with that 200 Accubond. I would start at 69 and work up in 1 grain increments to see where my best load was. Regards, Eagleye.

I have a Savage 112 BVSS in 300wm. I haven't tried RL 22 or 25 but I'm getting good success with the 200grs Accubonds using H1000, Winchester brass and CCI 250. With about 70 rounds through the pipe, I have yet to shoot a 3 shot group over .600". Here are some loads:

79.0 grs H1000 - .512" 2862 fps
79.5 grs H1000 - .530" 2864 fps
80.5 grs H1000 - .412" 2881 fps (max load)
