I have an 8 shot 100 yard group that went into about 1 inch today when I was chronying some loads, not quite as tight as this three shot group but will post in a bit.The military guys at the range had three nice shotguns, one mossberg had a 14 inch barrel that apparently is not restricted. Those guys must have shot 150 rounds through them in about half an hour.Nice guns.I let them shoot my garand a bit.Nice people.Part of the fun of goint to the range is the nice people you meet.Spruce grove range has some very nice members.

Last two groups were at 100 yards. After I shot a couple 200 yard groups I went home.Didn't want to screw up a good day!!On a bit of a side not the leupold 4-12 showed the red dots quite clear at 200 yards.I have an old bushnell trophy 3-9 on my 30-06 and there was a big difference in clarity at that range.Atleast through my eyes.

That was myself and a young PPCLI guy out there. Spruce Grove does have a nice range and yes it was shotgun day for me. I was there when he(machinistbutler) shoot those groups, good cross wind was blowing at the time. I still prefer the Garand :) The shot gun he was talking about was my mossberg 14inch i got off a fellow gun nut excellent shotgun I even bought the 20 inch big brother. ope to see you out there again and maybe we can try some pistol stuff next time
