Using a Swede to hunt moose?



Just kidding. Nice rifles, beautiful country, and nice hat. Got a couple of those myself. Thank you for sharing the pictures of your trip with us. Looks like it would have been Hell that you wen't through. You know, sleeping in a wall tent, miles from anyone. The peace and solitude must have been horrible. And not seeing anyone else for a week, terrible. I'm glad you had a safe and fun hunt. Welcome aboard, and enjoy your stay. Mostly good folks around here. Just watch out for those 6.5 lovers, their going to be after your rifle.

I dunno about you, but I don't really consider a 45 minute drive miles from anyone I did see some people, me, my dad, my uncle, his three friends, and my mom and sister. I'll be sure to keep a close eye on my 6.5

Trying to set things up with a friend to go on my first moose hunt this fall, the "season" over here is only 3 days, muzzleloaders only (I have a yet unfired, by me anyway, .54 cal patched round ball Pennsylvania styled rifle for just that purpose). Should be an interesting time out.
