Spent the evening shooting a 'club match' at the Smith & Wesson Shooting Sports Center in Springfield, MA. (Got introduced to and got to shoot with Leland N., the COO of S&W and also Tony M., the fellow in charge of the S&W Performance Center!!!)
Tomorrow, I shoot the pre-match (with my S&W Model 19) to the 2008 New England IDPA Regional Championships ( http://www.idpa.com/major_match_info.asp?Match_Name=2008 New England Regional Championship )and Saturday & Sunday I'll be SOing Stages 5 & 6. I'm shooting/working with Craig B., a Master Class SSR shooter (he's also a S&W sponsored shooter) who I met at the Italian/European Championships last year. He'll be mentoring my performance.
Hopefully I'll also get a chance to get some photos too and I'll post them as soon as I'm able.

). I also had some 'ignition' problems on the early stages but a tightening of the strain screw solved that. But shooting with Craig B. the S&W sponsored Master Class revolver shooter was great! He gave me all sorts of advice and pointers. Now I have to practice them in order to put them to good use in future matches.

Time and funds permitting, I'll be back next year.
