2009 IPSC Ontario Provincials / Sharon Open

We will be setting up the stages for the provincials this weekend with the following the schedule to minimize disruption:

Friday, June 26 - Range 1 (stages 1 to 3)
Saturday, June 27 - Range 2 (stages 4 to 6)
Sunday, June 28 - Ranges 3 and 6 (stages 7 to 12)

Based on previous experience I estimate anywhere from 3 to 4 hours per range. I would like to start around 10:00am so that we can finish early afternoon when the sun peaks. Sunday will take a little longer because there are 2 ranges to set up.

If you can spare the time it would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you can make it so that I can arrange something. I don't want to get 30 people one day and none the next.

How long does the Sharon Open last? I was up there on wendesday taking a peek at the vendors and forgot to ask. Should the range be open again by Saturday, July 4?

The match ends on Sunday, but after that stages need to be disassembled.
