Now THIS I respect! We all make mistakes. Very few of us own up to it and apologize...
I am reminded, & still humbled by a "foot in mouth" situation I got MYSELF into. I delivered an IN person apology to the affected party, hat in hand, humbled by my error BUT knowing that that person was due an apology because I was wrong.
