Make one. Find a empty case from another cartridge that fits on the shoulder of the 338 Lapua. Like maybe a 44 mag. Or cut down a 30/06 and trim square. Or 300 mag. Something will work

Oh yeah...it's about 10 years old, and was for a Stoney Point OAL gauge. I think Hornady bought them out.
