I will try to add pictures daily when match begins.
The westerns were won by two PGW firearms used by Steve B and Glen T. The one presently owned by Steve B is a 6.5 x47 built by PGW Steve as his personal firearm, bought by Les D and recently acquired by Steve B. The one owned by Glen T was won by him as a door prize at an earlier Westerns match.

The three main door prize winners.

The team winners "The Dutch Rudders". If you have time google Dutch Rudder, I am not going to explain.

The Junior team winners.

Look out the juniors are coming, and they are good, excellent job BC at getting them started.

Not all guns were long guns.

The Captain

If you look up "trouble" in the dictionary, you will find this picture. The always Politically Correct, Glen Taylor.

Darrel Buell from Team Savage and the US FTR team brought his son Kyle to Canada to compete with the juniors. He was the youngest team competitor at 10.

Stopped at Homestead range west of Calgary for a local match on route to the Westerns.
This is the range where the 2015 Western F Class Championships will be held.
Very scenic but full of surprises when trying to determine hold, I managed to get pictures with the flags hanging.
My first experience with electronic targets. Other than initial setup for all shooters with their electronics everything worked without problem.
My only personal comment is that you need a shield for glare on the Ipad screen.
The view from 800 yards.

The guy who got it all started - Les Dolhun

The view at 900 with zoom on.

Oh the concentration

Saw my stock for the Titanium Coyote (the green one) and the black grey one for my "partner in crime" who couldn't make because he is going to Bisley. Henry Rempel brought them out for measurement before he completes them . They will be ready for pick up on the return trip.
