Hey guys, thought I would start a page dedicated to the IPSC Shotgun World Shoot in Italy.
There are 14 of us travelling to Italy, and we have 2 Teams representing Canada.
A Standard team, and a Standard Manual team.
We have started a Facebook Page, and hope to be uploading video each day of our progress.

Hope that link works.

That shotgun looked like a mag fed semi. Anyone know what it is? And, how can Canadians be competitive on the world stage if our equipment is limited by law?

Cheers

There is virtually no way we could compete in Open, like the video. One could if they borrowed an Open Gun in the U.S. And somehow was able to practice with it. Even Standard Division is limiting, as one can't practice with a normal capacity magazine, and are handcuffed by our mag capacity limits.

Our team did great in a European-dominated sport... A couple of top-20 finishes (top non-European in one case) and top-10 team finish in a couple of divisions. Considering how much money some of the countries we went up against invest in their sport shooters, we're truly privileged to be represented by this level of talent (backed up by LOTS of hard work). Thank you, Team Canada!
