2015 Michigan Precision Rifle Challenge. Canceled

I think you mean PR match. There are no PRS matches in Canada.

It looks like the Michigan Precision Rifle Challenge has been cancelled. According to MTC, the match director called and cancelled. They don't know why.

Blue Water Sportsman's Association in Michigan is having a match on Aug 8th. You must register by the 15th of this month though. I would e-mail the match director and tell him that you want to go if you do, so that he will know you are coming. BWSA is located just 15 min. from the Sarnia / Port Huron crossing. They have monthly matches. These matches are PRS-like. The shooting is NOT all from prone. They have positional shooting, shooting from barricades, and targets at multiple distances from the same firing point.

If they have a monthly matches then we can go there any month? Just curious, why is August 8th match more important than any other monthly matches?
 
There is a mini-match scheduled each month. It's advertized on the BWSA Facebook page. The Aug 8th match is more important because it's the Championship Match and has a bunch of nice sponsors and prizes.
