Introducing the EliteIron Revolution Bipod. It uses a unique design where the bipod revolves 360 degrees around a barrel mount. They offer mounting solutions for a variety of systems including ones like the one in the video for an AR style fore grip with a bottom forward rail.
They also have mounts for various bolt action chassis and stock systems. basically you name it they can make it happen. Keep in mind that the ring has to go around the barrel so for a bolt action you may have issue with a really really low mounted scope.

It is not cheap, by far the most expensive bipod I have come across outside of the F-Class/target competition systems.
MSRP for the bipod with a standard mount is $625 USD. Interesting design though with a whole world of possibilities for use across a wide range of structures and terrain.
