2018 SHOT / Rimfire news.....?

OK, so other than the Tikka T1X and Ruger Precision Rimfire (both of which were announced in advance of the show)...has anyone seen any coverage/reports on CGN relating to new rimfires? Was there anything on the new CZ457s? Anschutz? Maybe there wasn't much TO report, but based on what I see...it's all very AR/pistol-centric. Maybe that's where all the interest is...I don't know. CGN seems like a very diverse community of guys...but SHOT reporting seems pretty two dimensional. Oh well.... I get the draw of drooling over full-auto, belt-fed machine guns...but I always hope there is something in these reports the kind of shooting that probably 90% of us actually do here in Canada!

I checked the CZ booth, nothing new there. I asked a couple people about the 457 and got a blank stare. I looked at Savage, don't remember anything. Oh the new SK flat nose bullets. Never went to Ruger or Tikka. Talked to Jerry Stiller about some info for chambering up the 2500X I've got collecting dust here.

Maybe CZ is still thinking about making the 457 and haven't progressed very far. Either that or they are keeping the lid on it really tight.
