BJ is planning to be here for the 2019 Steel Challenge Nationals being held at BTSA July 12, 13, &14th, 2019.
He will be coming up the weekend before and is planning to host a 2-Day Practical Pistol Course for us IPSC and USPSA shooters.
BJ is well known for his steel challenge prowess, but not quite as well known is his IPSC and USPSA abilities. Just to highlight some of his IPSC accomplishments - he is a USA Production World Team Member finishing 13th overall at the 2017 World Shoot at 93% of Ben Stoeger, and is a multiple time winner of various USPSA area championships in the production and open divisions.
Date: Saturday July 6 & 7th, 2019
Range: TBC (BTSA or Brooks or Other)

This 2 Day class held at a range close to Calgary (TBD) July 6 & 7th, 2019. This class is primarily designed for those with less than 2-3 years experience in IPSC, or anybody who is looking for a tune-up on their fundamentals before advancing to the next level!
The first day we'll be covering:
The difference between fundamental skills and fundamental techniques, and how to master both.
How to approach any target array without fear
How to break down which non-shooting skills are the most important
Breaking down movement techniques for specific situations
How to create a customized training plan for you
The main focus of the 2nd day of class is how to build your accuracy by shooting faster. We'll be spending the entire day dedicated to drills on this topic

BJ Norris is a multi-time World Steel Challenge Champion, with 2 overall titles, 6 Steel Master titles, and numerous other world and national Division Championship titles. BJ has also been a multiple time member of the US National Open and Production teams for the IPSC World Shoot.
