2020 SHOT SHOW: Dan Wessson DWX

Looks like an amazing idea but, and here come the but, barrel axis is way higher than it could have been.
Still love and may pick one up if reviews are favorable and not overly biased.

Cool looking gun, but one of the defining and most important features on the Shadows is the low bore axis. This is like taking the best features of a 1911 and a CZ, and combining it with the WORST feature from a Sig. Why?????

As they are located in New York state, Dan Wesson is not considered an essential business. Unless it has changed recently, they are still shut down due to COVID-19.
 
The last I heard from DW was that they were postponing production of the DWX due to Covid-19, and the regulations in New York state(where one of their factories was located).
