Yes it's a bit early to get excited yet for the 2022 shoot but I am hoping to make it to this years again. This year it is being hosted by AHEAI at their club grounds south of Calgary. Really hoping to make it as I hear from all who have shot their that the facility is amongst the nicest in Canada and the nicest in AB. Here is for hoping it fits into our schedule. :)

Man I bet the last time you used excited and trap in the same paragraph was when you were walking to the line to shoot a new remington you bought :)

Yes 1986 and it was used, only new to me! Laugh2It didn't take long shooting it to take the excitement I felt from trap out of the game...of course I got it back again when the Remington left the line-up....:p

What when you switched and started to hear LOSTTTTTTTTTTTTT LOL
I get real excited when that happens :)

I spent all my time on the line instead of at the picnic table doing repairs after switching to a better brand and model which may explain why I heard "lost" called more often... :) I was able to actually call "pull" and have my gun go bang instead of a string of curse words and saying "continue the round without me"...

I'm a long time member of the AHEIA gun club and it is indeed a fine facility. The background to the trap fields is as good as it gets---on a clear day you can see downtown Calgary. There can be some really serious cross winds to challenge the shooters. I'll be there as an observer to watch the shooters and there are some incredibly good shooters in Canada.
