All in the same booth, non had a lot of new items to show. Beretta a new shotgun model, Tikka with some variations of existing models.

Sako TRG variations

Sako TRG42AI in 300win mag and 338 Lapua. MSRP $Left Arm and right leg.. ahem... I mean $7500 USD.

Anything new from Tikka we might see in Canada/non-tactical? Anything new in the T1x rimfires?

thats a significant jump. T3X CTR about 1400, TAC A1 2500....chassis makes a difference 7500 USD is 10G's so 7500 extra for a TRG chassis?! OK - knock 2000 off the chassis price....new barrel steel? new mag format? thats crazy

Maybe I'm wrong but I believe the TRG line up is a Sako product and not a Tikka. The Sako name is molded into the buttstock of the rifles in those pictures. Might account for the price difference a bit better.

well if it's a typo (Tikka vs Sako) then that would make sense. If they are applying the TRG upgrades to the Tikka lines, then those are HUGE price increases. Tikka is made in the same factory as Sako.

A typo would make the most sense I think. Just looked through the Tikka website and there's no mention anywhere of this rifle or any TRG series. However, on the Sako site: https://www.sako.fi/rifles/sako-trg/trg-2242-a1

Also, the Sako TRG 22 A1 was featured on the cover of Rifleshooter March/April 2023 edition and it looks awfully similar.

(Ugh. Trying to post a picture of said copy of Rifleshooter but the site won't let me for some reason.)
