Some good loads that have worked well in my 1-in-12 twist Rem 700 VLS, using a Winchester case and CCI450 primer:

27.5 IMR4064 w/32 gr Sierra Blitz King
28.2 gr H4895 w/32 gr Sierra Blitz King
23.5 gr RL10X w/35 gr Berger HPBT
26.5 gr H4895 w/39 gr Sierra Blitz King
27 gr IMR4064 w/40 gr Nosler BT
26.5 gr H4895 w/45 gr Hornady PSP

Disclaimer applies, of course. These may or may not work in your rifle, and you should always start testing BELOW any listed max load.
 
I have a ruger and it is very accurate with 28.2g of varget and 40g hornady v-max.using nosler brass.it will shoot a ragged hole at 100 yards.
