204 ruger match reamer

I've been looking for someone with a 204 match reamer that has 0 to 15, max 30 thou freebore, with no success. Anyone know who has one? I can find a Smith with a 80 thou locally and a few saami spec ones. Ptg tells me they have sold quite a few into canada but for security reasons can't tell me to who.
