Don't know about BLC2,but that bullet is great with Benchmark or H322 in my CZ American .RE 10x is also excellent in the .204.

Check out ruger 204.com great site lots of loads, bl-c I believe is the same powder as Win 748, FS

Win 748 is slower burning then bl-c i think. There is alot of guys on the 204forums.com that have had no luck with the nosler 40grs. Just so you know. I have 2 boxes of them and i think im gonna brew a recipe with benchmark ro Win748 or Win760.

I found that Bl-C2 is very inconsistent in cold weather, coyote hunting ect.

The burn rate of 748Win.is 103 and BLC-2 Hodgdon 105 the power I use in my 20cal. is 4064 IMR try 26.0 with your 40gr
