My buddy just picked up a 204 Ruger. he has loaded 32 and 40 grain bullets in it. according to his reloding manual there are 50 grains bullets out there for it. however the best i could find was 45 grains. does anyone know who makes 50 grain bullets in 20 Cal and availablity in canada?

Berger makes a 50 gr in 20 cal. You can try Joe over at ### international for Bergers. http://www.################.com/
What kind of twist does your buddy have. If it's a factory tube it will be a 1 in 12 which means that you will not be able to shoot 50 gr'ers. You would probably need a 1 in 10 for them.

We have a local bullet maker out here in Alberta that is producing 20 cal bullets now.
I just ordered 6 boxes of his 38 gr cup base ultra low drag and one box of his 48 gr rebated boat tails . BC will be higher than the sierra 39 gr blitz with a stronger jacket. Can't wait to try them out. Should be ultimate yote medicine.

Thanks Gube. i will give ### a call tomorrow.

ok so the question is now how do i measure the twist in his barrel? or do i just go check the manufacturer's website?

I would be interested in hearing how the new bullets work.
