20mm anyone?

at "ONLY $11,900" it would be worth just as much as a Honda Civic. That is, if the weight didn't permanently damage the rear suspension. (just by the ammo alone)

Been looking at these for a while, not that I could afford one. Are they legal?

Im shure If I showed up with someting in 50 bmg someone at my range with some rifle like a 375 ultra mag tactcool rifle would be at least looking into finding one.

That is not a large rifle. That is a small cannon. What are the laws in Canada for those things?

I did a quick search and it seems like they are legal in certain states with a "destructive device" license? But I am not really familiar with US law.

I dunno? Thats why I was asking. In American ordinary citizens can't buy them I am pretty sure.
Actually I believe that regular amaerican citizens can buy them however they must pay a $250 tax stamp.

Its hard to say if a canadian would be able to register one of these and import it. However, the most difficult aspect of getting one of these would be getting an export permit from the US.

#### USA. Get Alberta Tactical to build it for us!!!!!

Yanks get get stuffed with their BS export permits, time to make some Canadian artiler....ifles!

And people thought I was kidding when in the "what ammo should I bring in" thread I said 20mm... :bangHead:

Also, I remember reading somewhere that the firearms act only applies below a certain caliber...what caliber was that exactly, and can ATRS then build something a little bigger ;)

Anti tank rifles, field artillery, anti aircraft guns.

All legal provide its not shooting anything explosive.

Was couple howitzers or something out east for $7K each posted last week on here.

Is there a caliber restriction in Canada? A 12gauge slug is 18.54 mm, my understanding from following the "12gauge from hell" thread was that in the US anything 20mm and under is good to go and anything over was considered a destructive device and required the permit or tax. I only say they seemed good to go because I saw no mention of places they weren't and you'd expect to see people saying "oh I wish I didn't live in California" mind you these guys were mainly shooting 12gauge slugs from fireformed .50bmg cases and sabbots. I don't recall if anyone was shooting 20mm.
