Had the little Stevens No. 19 out making some smoke.

A bucket of 100 plus year old cartridges with a high F 2 F rate
shooting is suprizingly suprizing.

The box denotes .22 calibre. Are those cartridges considered Long, long, long, rifle bullets by today's standards. What punch would it have as compared to ballistics of today? I'm a complete newbie to this firearm. Nice little gun.

I'm curious how long the barrel on that rifle is?
I think you would need a fairly long barrel to get enough burn time for that much powder in such a narrow bore.
