Going through some of my ammo. Found various 22 rimfire. Can anyone tell me what these are, and what should I do with them? Shoot it, sell it, or sell it as collector ammo. Any ideas on value? I have multiple boxes of some of the ammo.

All are full boxes.

There have been some people looking for .22 long on the EE and message boards. You probably won't get much per box (it is .22, after all), but if you have a decent amount of it it might be worth posting for sale.

My wife was given a bag full of Whiz Bang 22 long rifle ammo with a 22 rifle an old family friend gave her about 35 years ago.

I still have a bunch of the Imperial 22lr in the plastic slider top boxes. I love those boxes, slide out 5 at a time, super easy. I always saved them and used them for ammo that came in plain boxes. The other older Imperial boxes were nice too. Each cartridge in it's own spot and the yellow box. I don't think even the most expensive match ammo comes that well packaged today.
Save the Whiz Bang and shoot the rest!

Thank you for posting the .pdf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My shooting buddy will faint when he sees this. He suddenly became a .22 cartridge collector in earnest this Spring when he bought a briefcase full of them. I love reading this kind of stuff. :)
