i was wondering does anyone know anyone online stores that sell the ammo for cheap i thought .22 was dirt cheap n i am seeing prices for $50 for 500 i thought that ammo was alot cheaper then that.

Wal-mart....depending on the brand you buy. I use only Winchester and pay about $26./ 500 hollow point bulk pack. 333s are about $13./333 shells. the demand since the ammo has been sparse in coming from USA has made the prices rise. but still the cheapest to shoot and just as much fun.

On line stores prices seem high. but if you want to shoot , just shop around and buy when you find a good deal.

Where are you located? Maybe someone close to you can point you in the direction of a local store that carries it at a better price.

located near london its $47 for thunder bolt for 500 and $30 for american eagle . i seen someone where $200 for 5000 rounds but i dont know where i saw that.

Crappy Tire usually has decent prices on bulk .22lr ammo; the TSC store in Guelph has started selling ammo...now that's a surprise!

White Oaks Mall Wallmart has Winchester Dynapoints, .22lr hv. Bulk pack of 500 for $23 before taxes. TSC, Dundas St. E., had Wilcat .22lr, bulk pack on for about the same price a month back. Gobles had Fed. American Eagle for around the same.
Canadian Tire near White Oaks had some ok prices for Ammo. Seemed about the average for most places in London. The gun shops seem a bit pricier on some brands, particularly the ones that Walmart, C.T., and TSC don't carry.
