was shooting my new GSG 1911 for the first time today. I had five different types of hv(around 1280ft) .22 ammo and noticed that what made a big difference in how well it worked was the grain. Both Federal and Winchester, 36 grain was terrible, ftfs and ftes two-three rounds per mag. American Eagle was 38 and only had one fte for 50 rounds I shot. Lastly, the Blazer which was 40 grain worked flawlessly. And to make sure that it wasn't a coincident, I went back and forth between the types and the pattern remained the same. What is the connection here?
