Hi I am new to this website......looking for anyone who can point me in the right direction of a really good 22 cal target rifle. I also have a 22 MAG Marlin with a 7 shot clip that I would be willing to sell as well.

You should ask this in the rimfire board. This is where you will get the best reponse.

In my opinion it depends on your price point. At around a 150$ you could purchase an old toz target rifle which will be able to outshoot you forever.
Or a savage MK II with the accutrigger. Or you could spend 400 on a used BRNO which could outshoot you forever, or you could spend 1500 on an Anshultz which will outshoot you.

The determining factor between a 100$ gun and a 2,000$ is the nutz behind the gun.
 
Welcome to the forum. There's no shortage of nice .22 rifles on the market. Check out the rimfire rifle exchange and you'll see some fine examples for sale. I have a Remington 541 Heavy Barrel that I really like a lot.Unfortunately Remington discontinued this particular model several years ago and brought out a more economical line. I have heard good things about Brno rifles--I think they represent good value for the money.
