.22 conversion kit for a norinco np29

do anyone know for a .22 conversion kit that will work on a norinco np29 (9mm) any info will be a big help. thanks

The NP29 is a 1911 single stack clone. Any .22 conversion kit for a 1911 should work. My suggestion would be the GRG ( Should be GSG ) unit. Well built & the price is good.

make sure you get a "series 70" kit, not "series 80"

I dont think a conversion slide will work with the 9mm ejector. I have a .45 and 9mm norinco and the slides do not interchange until i switch ejectors. Dont know if it makes a difference for the .22 kit but if it says it is for a gov style 1911 it might not work with your 9mm. I would ask the manufacturer. If not its a good excuse to buy another gun

I put a GSG 22 kit on my Norc NP29 ant it fit fine.
