Looking for some reload input for my hornet, damm thing will shoot 1 inch groups with factory 45 gr ammo, can't find a good load, bought some hornady 45gr bullets and I have some lil gun, h414 powder, anyone ever tried any loads with this combination?
 
I've used 35 and 40 gr vmax with lil gun in my cz 527 to great effect. I think about 12 grains of powder was where I ended up.
 
I use 13g of lil gun with 40 gr nosler bal tips and 12 g with barnes 53tsx in my nef and tc encore. Once I shoot them all out, I will stay with 12g for everthing.
