Can anyone tell me what would be the market value of this .22 LR Stoeger Luger and how hard is it to find ?

I cant remember having seen too many for sale on Canadian sites. it comes with two magazine.

Any help please ?

No its restricted not prohib.

You sure it's not prohib? The bbl looks awfully short.

I paid $400 for a restricted one with one mag on the EE. The bbl on mine is noticeably longer.

Been prowling the EE since 2008 and have seen maybe 3 at most offered for sale.

I have one as well. Paid $260.00 for it in 2008 and it only has one mag. Not sure what its worth now. The previous owner applied gold leaf to the manufacturers marks. Kind of hokey, what the hell...

Edit: I just went and dug mine out of the safe. It has a longer barrel too. S/N is 96###

It is not prohib. the guy I bought it from does not have his 12.6 neither I do. all that was confirm prior to purchase

Barrel look shorter than actually is because the part inside the receiver is quite long. we only see he portion of the barrel that is sticking out.

I stand corrected. Stoegers were made in 4.5" and 5.5" bbls. It's the Erma 22lr Lugers that tend to be prohibs.

I had an Erma for a while and it was not prohibited. Far cry from a Luger. Like comparing a Lada and a Lotus.

Mine is a 5.5" alloy frame. It has a very nice crisp trigger. Groups well. No malfunctions as of yet.

The only things I don't like about it: The action doesn't stay open when the empty mag is removed and mags cost $45US.

Numrich sells parts and mags. Be prepared to be raped for shipping.
