.22 LR unknown magazine, request help for ID.

Good day Gents,

I've come across this magazine and haven't a clue what rifle it would belong to, marked "Made in Canada". I've sold off all my .22 rifles so I'll most likely sell this one on the EE. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the quick replies! It sure does look like this one from Cabelas' However the very top lip part on mine doesn't have the "V" notch.

Canadian Cooey / Winchester Model 64B 64 B .22 Long Rifle - Semi-Automatic

Cooey 64a plastic mag, Cooey 64b and on Savage 64, Lakefield64 and others used steel magazines. A conversion kit for the Cooey64a to convert to metal magazines is avalable from Wester Gun Parts.

I was thinking it looks like a mossberg mag. So id assume its a lakefield mag. And thats the same as the cooeys and savages of the time.

Cooey 64B.
These magazines are diecast zinc alloy. Might be why the feed lips wear out.
Current production for the Savage version have the V notch mentioned above.

lol..well, since I've never been a huge fan of those rifles, I'm leaning towards the $64 options on the right. Bottom right if I'm being honest.
