22 pistol similar to a glock

Tried out all different types of handguns and the Glock works best for me. Been doing a lot of target practice and getting better each time. However, I'm starting to feel it in the pocket book, so this is where the 22 comes in. Also, I have no desire to do reload at this time, just don't have the time and means to do so.

I'm looking for some suggestions on a 22 that is similar to a glock (trigger, grip, etc). Plan to use this as a "warmup" before practicing on the glock to save cost.

I also don't want to purchase a conversion kit for my current glock. Just don't want to mess around taking apart my primary handgun at the range.

You don't want to "mess around" taking apart what may be the easiest gun in the world to take down? Err..

Conversion kit is way better quality than the "glock looking but not operating" issc.
 
Bollox: I know, I know. Maybe its me being lazy, it's Monday. I should have mentioned, I wanted a dedicated 22/2nd pistol as well.

Now you guys got me thinking. I'll look into the conversion kit and perhaps purchase a 2nd glock in a different caliber.

I haven't done much investigation on the kits yet. Is the glock conversion kit universal? Meaning I can install it on a G17, and the next day install it on a G22?
 
Took a look at the website and looks like I can, but it just depends if they are Pre-Gen4 or not.

Now I just need to find one. Any suggestions?
