.22 rimfire remington cyclone hollow point?

How are these when compared to the Remington Yellow Jacket? What is the accuracy like?


How are they on gophers?


Reason for all the questions is that I have found a decent deal on bricks of the remington cyclone ammo, and have used remington yellowjackets with awesome results.

If you believe 1/2 of all of the dialogue on Rimfire central about Rem 22 ammo, you'd likely never want to ever try it again. That said I shoot some of the Gameloads and they work well in some of my rifles. FS

I think it depends primarily on the firearm it's being used from. One of my .22s loves it, another less so.

A Yellow Jacket(33 grain bullet) is about 300 fps faster in MV than the Cyclone(36 grain bullet). Only 65 fps faster at 100 with nearly the same energy with the 3 grains difference in bullet weight. You can compare 'em on Remington's site.
