22 semiauto mag conversion

I have seen ad in our local paper about Cooey 64B mag conversion for sale. I wonder if anybody knows how good those semi-autos after conversion. Longer rounds might be harder to cycle without jams I would think. Otherwise I am interested, always wanted semi-auto in 22 mag. Pease reply promptly or it will be too late, I am itching to fire another 100$ for another used 22...

I expect that's just the conversion kit to replace the plastic magazine of the 64 with the metal magazine of the 64B. It won't turn your 64 into a 22 magnum.

Can't say I've ever seen a 64B in 22 mag. You would have to change the bolt, recoil spring, barrel, and receiver (or lengthen ejection port).....I'm agreeing with snoji...it is likely a metal mag conversion.....
