Can I use this in my 10/22 without worrying about my bolt and receiver?

Depends on the 10/22. THey will not work with a bull barrel due to the match chamber.

They will work in a standard taper barrel of a 10/22 carbine or rifle but I would highly recomend getting a bolt buffer before doing so. It's cheap insurance against damage.

I've put thousands of stingers through my stock 10/22.... no problems!

i have a butler creek heavy barrel and i just put ten thru no problem. what is the bull barrel and can i damage it by doing this. if so oops
