Because 3 gun rimfire action matches use small steel reactive targets on occasion, I chronoed 15 different types of .22 LR through my Tac Sol upper and found that it ran best with Federal bulk pack. Try different brands of .22! I had problems as described above using CCI Stingers in the system.
