I know all supplies are tight but I have looked through all the sponsors here for 222 brass. Anyone have a lead on some 222 brass on a shelf anywhere in Canada?

I had the same problem. Now, I just resize .223 cases, easy peasy. I use the following steps to do this:
Step 1 – Trim .223 case to .222 size.
Step 2 – Anneal neck portion.
Step 3 – Lubricate and full length resize in 2 stages. Wipe neck between stages.
Step 4 – Remove lube, trim if necessary.
Step 5 – Clean cases in vibrator.

Would the magazine of your rifle tolerate feeding .223? If it does its a few turns with a .223 reamer to convert your rifle to readily available components. $0.02
But why? A .222 is not a .223. Brass isn’t hard to find either if you look. Rest of the components are the same.

But then you lose the cool factor…
