I just inherited an old Remington 722 in 222 and am starting to play around with starter loads using H322 and 50 gr. V-Max bullets because that is what I have at home right now.
I welcome any opinions on other good loads for this old beauty. It has a 26 inch barrel and everything is in very sound condition. (Not sure about the rate-of-twist) I just want an accurate and safe load for varmint hunting at reasonable distances in Northwestern Ontario. (Mostly wolves and foxes) Thanks in advance guys!!
