223 40gr and 45gr varmint ammo where to get?

Hey yall I got a 1 in 12 twist 700. Looking for 45 and 40 gr ammo to see how it goes in the barrel. 50 gr seem the best so far. Looking for ammo for gophers and precision shots. Would love to reload but have no clue how to so I'll buy good ammo. Here's a pic of my left handed rig rather have a right lol

Wolverine, SFRC, Prophet River, places where I usually get ammo from and have see 40grn at all of them, Frontier also but haven seen any there online of the lighter stuff.
