Probably a dumb question, was looking at the renegade and the bcl bison rifles.

How easy is it to switch from a 223 to 300 blackout? Is it just a barrel swap on the bison and a upper swap on the renegade?

The Renegade will do 7.62x39 too, with a different barrel and bolt head, so that's another option if you just need to get up to 30 cal. But extracting cheap surplus ammo can be a real haul on the bolt, so using decent ammo may put you in 300BLK territory anyway. Or you can install bolts on both sides for the time it wants a two-handed pull!
