223 barrel swap

I’m ready to get a 223, my choices are down to Howa mini new and cz600 lux used, my question is how easy is to replace the barrel on both those rifles?
Also, prophet river have some Howa mini in 223 with scope and some with out scope for the same price, what is the catch?

They're both very easy to replace, if the smith has a lathe with metric gears, for the back gears, or their quick change gear box will set up "close enough"

There are pre chambered and prefit barrels available for both of them in that chambering.

Off topic but I would consider a T3 in 223 with 8T bbl. as well.

I did look at them, but I don’t like the long action(standard action) and the single stack mag. Plus they seems to be a bit more than I’m ready to pay!
I might regret it… but I just pulled the plug on the Cz…
