Hey guys . 1 in 8 twist in the TicTac .223 so i'm looking for factory ammo with a bullet that will survive the trip through a fast twist barrel . Item #2 , factory ammo with a reputation for accuracy , maybe 300 yards shooting coyote and item # 3 , a bullet that won't over penetrate and blow a huge exit hole , so , an explosive type bullet that will accurately survive the trip . What do you recommend ?

I don't know if it meets criteria #3, but #1 and #2 should be happily met by Federal Premium Gold Medal Match 69gr Sierra MatchKings. Or 75 gr Hornady TAP.
#3 really needs a FMJ type bullet, but that sort of flies counter to #2. #2 wants a match type bullet.

I recommend Hornady 55gr VMAX factory ammo. Very accurate in my Savage. I handload the same bullets, but my friend gave me a partial box & they shot real well out of my firearm. VMAX bullets are frangible so there usually is just a small entry hole, no exit which is great for saving pelts
